Terms of Service

By hiring a trailer from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Condition & Inspection

The hirer confirms that the trailer is in good condition at the time of pickup. The trailer must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

2. Use of Trailer

The trailer must be used only for its intended purpose. Overloading the trailer or carrying passengers is strictly prohibited. The trailer must not be used for any illegal activity.

3. Responsibility for Damage or Loss

The hirer is fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or recovery costs that occur during the hire period, regardless of fault.

4. Safety & Maintenance

Before towing, the hirer must ensure tyres are in good condition, lights are working, and safety chains are correctly secured.

5. Insurance & Liability

The trailer is not insured for use by the hirer. The hirer accepts full responsibility for any accidents, damage, or third-party claims while the trailer is under their control.

6. Return of Trailer

The trailer must be returned on or before the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to withhold part or all of the bond to cover cleaning, repairs, or late return fees.

7. Indemnity

The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the trailer.

8. Acceptance

By completing a booking, the hirer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
